🧾 ResKey Terms & Conditions

📦 Packages & Services

We offer four service tiers based on your Bitcoin holdings:

  • 🐠 Shrimp (Holdings under 0.5 BTC)
    – Includes 2 transactions per year

  • 🦀 Crab (0.5 – 1 BTC)
    – Includes 5 transactions + 1 hour of video call support per year

  • 🦈 Shark (1 – 5 BTC)
    – Includes 10 transactions + 4 hours of video call support per year

  • 🐋 Whale (>5 BTC)
    – Includes 20 transactions + 10 hours of video call support per year

Additional services or time can be arranged by request at extra cost.

💰 Fees & Billing

  • Our standard fee is 0.5% of the Bitcoin under multisig management per year,
    with a minimum of 100,000 sats and a maximum of 10 million sats per year.

  • Fees are payable quarterly in Bitcoin.

  • Valuation is determined based on the BTC balance on the last day before each billing period.

  • Fees are non-refundable once a quarter has begun.

🔓 Custody & Responsibility

  • ResKey never has access to your funds before a recovery path is activatet by the timebased setup.

  • A setup where at least one of your keys is always mandatory can be implemented at your whish. In this case, ResKey has no possibility to recover your funds in case you loose all ouf your keys.

  • ResKey keys are safely stored on a steel backup in a Swiss bank vault

  • Because we do not control your Bitcoin, we cannot guarantee the safety or performance of your holdings.

❌ Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel your contract at any time by the end of the month.

  • Upon cancellation, fees are calculated pro rata for the time used.

  • If cancellation occurs before completing 12 months, a 1% early termination fee (based on current BTC balance) is charged.

  • Terms of contracts can be subject to changes such as pricing or included services. Customers are to be informed about these changes 3 months in advance.

  • Contract cancelations are free from early termination fees if they occur within these 3 months

📣 Referral Program

  • Referrers receive 10% of the revenue generated by their referrals—for life.

  • There is no limit to how many people you can refer.

  • Payouts are made in Bitcoin each quarter.

⚖️ Final Notes

By using ResKey, you agree to these terms and understand that you are solely responsible for your own keys and funds.
We are your guide, your backup, and your last-resort lifeline—but never your custodian.
