WHY RESKEY EXISTS
Security without handing over control.
Tobias Grünenfelder is a Swiss entrepreneur and Bitcoin educator. When he could not find a multisig backup solution that combined trust-minimised design, practical recovery and inheritance planning in the way he wanted, he decided to build one.
That became Reskey: a Bitcoin-only approach to collaborative self-custody designed around eliminating single points of failure while ensuring that Reskey can never transfer your Bitcoin alone.
Beyond Reskey, Tobias works to make Bitcoin understandable and practical. He is a Certified Bitcoin Professional, co-founder and president of the Bitcoin Block association, and the initiator and organiser of SATOSHIP, a Swiss Bitcoin education event.
